HYROX TRAINING CREW
Overview
The HYROX FOUNDATION training crew is for people who are training for the next race. This is a rolling programme to get you feeling your fittest for your next Hyrox race, Currently building towards hyrox Sydney (1st-5th July)!! Whether its your first race or you are chasing that PB, this is a specific and adaptable programme that you can follow to get you to where you need to be.
This programme is ideal for people who:
Have busy lives and need to fit training around other commitments
Want to have training with progress they can measure
Be a part of a community of other people training for the same thing
Have access to a basic gym (Barbells, Dumbbells, row/ski/bike)
Can run at least 5km
Receive 50% discount to all of my in person sessions in the gold coast (classes/workshops/sims etc)
