This is a 12 week programme (with a bonus 2 weeks at the start) to get you feeling your fittest for Hyrox Brisbane in April 2026!!! Whether its your first race or you are chasing that PB, this is a specific and adaptable programme that you can follow to get you to where you need to be.

This programme is ideal for people who:

  • Have busy lives and need to fit training around other commitments

  • Want to have training with progress they can measure

  • Be a part of a community of other people training for the same thing

  • Have access to a basic gym (Barbells, Dumbbells, row/ski/bike)

  • Can run at least 5km

Before the official 12 week programme starts on MONDAY 19TH JANUARY I have created a little 2 week test programme so we can find out what our target race pace should be on the runs and also our pace on the ergs and the rough weight we should be using for our lower and upper strength exercises. The tests include: 3km time trial, erg time trial and 5RM for our squat and OH press.
